All ready for sales wins in 2023-H2!
With this release, we have further strengthened the Digital Sales Platform as your end-to-end manufacturing sales solution.
As a platform that supports your team's activities by day, and runs automated checks and processes by night, the Digital Sales Platform ensures that your sales processes are as smooth and error-free as possible.
Here are a few highlights of the latest enhancements made:
eCommerce Sales Portal – Flexibility to Show/Hide Product Comment
Commerce Administrator has control on show/hiding Material's comment
Using the comment section as an internal note is valuable for seamless communication within the company, sharing insights, reminders, and relevant product details. The Commerce Administrator can now control comment visibility on different screens through screen configuration.
eCommerce Sales Portal – Mapping of UoM and Sales unit for SAP Pricing
Sales UoM and relevant pricing on commerce
In Commerce, end users will now see the Sales UoM (Unit of Measure) and its corresponding pricing instead of the base UoM. This change enhances clarity and ensures that customers view the most relevant and accurate information when making purchasing decisions.
CPQ - Quote Price Freeze for SAP VC after Submit
Freeze the quoted price from a specific status onward in the document flow
The Sales System Setting now offers the ability to freeze the Quote price from a specific status onward in the document flow. Customers can take advantage of this feature by defining the statuses at which the Quote Price should remain fixed.
CPQ - Mapping SAP Sales Cloud and IMC quote line-item Price
Preserve the calculated unit price when exporting Quote from IMC to SAP Sales Cloud
When exporting a Quote from IMC to SAP Sales Cloud, defining the unit price attribute from ItemHeaderPriceItem in settingString ensures that IMC will preserve the calculated unit price, while the price unit is consistently set to 1.
CPQ - Groovy Exit to pass additional information to External Configurator
Groovy exit to pass additional information to External Configurator
Starting from version 2308, customers can leverage the Groovy exit "Additional Details External Configurator" to enhance External configurator flexibility. This exit enables access to user-specific information, such as roles and other details, which can then be passed as URL parameters to an external configurator. This maximizes customization possibilities and ensures that the external configurator can adapt its behavior based on the user's specific permissions and roles.
