With our Visual Product Finder you can digitize your entire spare parts catalogue, so your customers can conveniently locate and order the right parts anytime and independently from sales consultation or customer service teams. Install-base matching spare parts are displayed as an image with hotspots representing the relevant parts which customers can simply click to add to shopping cart, review, edit, or order at their convenience.
Visual Product Finder in Commerce
Digital Marketing opportunities have long been limited for B2B companies with complex product offerings. With the 20/11 release we are enabling you with the highest flexibility to adjust the commerce UI, and configure your shopfront to your exact needs. Provide your customers with all the information that they need to buy from you easily. Boost sales in your commerce shop front through custom tabs and additional views or load external applications and highlight your unique selling propositions in the most compelling way.
What other updates do we have in 20/11 for commerce?

The new Characteristics Visualization helps sales to identify and compare alternative product and configuration options instantly. And new Filter and View options enable sales to perform the most accurate and efficient sales configuration possible.
