One of the most exciting events to begin the year has just taken place from 8th to 9th of January in Barcelona/Spain: the SAP FKOM for the EMEA and MEE region.
SAP's sales teams from all over Europe plus representatives from SAP's partner ecosystem went to experience the premiere field sales event and hear 2018's strategy, direction, and focus.
Titled "The Next Act", this year's focus was clearly on SAP Cloud Platform, S4 HANA and SAP Leonardo. With a steep growth in cloud business for EMEA, but especially Austria, Switzerland, Russia and Germany, the SAP Cloud Platform has trippled its growth. With the cloud market to be expected to grow further, the agenda for 2018 is very clear: win customers for a "cloud date".
With its capabilities for building and extending personalized, collaborative and mobile-enabled cloud applications the SAP Cloud Platform also offers a number of certified partner applications, like In Mind Cloud CPQ Express, that are readily available via the SAP App Center.
