MUNICH, Germany – In Mind Cloud announced that Founder and CEO, Dr Christian Cuske, has transitioned into the role of Executive Chairman. Joining him on the reshaped board, Mr Sven Krause and Mr Thomas Schwanhauser have replaced outgoing board members Mrs Christine Cuske and Dr Dirk Schmücking. As of today, the responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer will be handled by a Joint Leadership Team in Karan Sood and Achim Beckmann.
Christian Cuske has served In Mind Cloud in the role of CEO for more than a decade, beginning with the organisation’s incorporation in Singapore in 2012. It’s a position he’s held continuously through several periods of dynamic growth and change for the software platform manufacturer.
Dr Cuske will succeed Steffen Seeger, who has governed the transformation of In Mind Cloud during the last 18 months.
The change comes at an exciting time for the company as it continues to strengthen its foothold in the North American manufacturing sector, after officially launching in the US market with its refreshed brand in 2021.
Dr Cuske has further strengthened his investment in In Mind Cloud's recent funding rounds. Of stepping into the new role, he said, “The transition to becoming Executive Chairman is an immensely positive one for myself and the company. I intend to actively work directly with customers and the leadership inside In Mind Cloud through the next exciting chapter of growth on our journey.”
