We are proud to present the In Mind Cloud Digital Sales Platform product release 1911! With this release, In Mind Cloud continues to focus on improving the outstanding usability and core features to maximize the value of existing features for our customers.
To better support the core quoting process, we introduced various new features and enhancements, like the pre-submit check. This function helps to enforce accurate product and pricing in case of changes in the offering during the sales cycle, which is very common in many manufacturing verticals.
We have also launched a pre-filtered user list for task assignments to empower easier and smooth collaboration among regional and functional teams, such as engineering and sales teams.
The new enable/disable function for price information on the line level helps prevent possible pricing errors by human error. It adds this extra layer of security which is helpful in manufacturing industries with slim margins and a high competitive pressure.
We also present numerous improvements on the usability of the platform, such as consistent user preferences by storing personal setting information in the server-side. Furthermore, we redesigned the quote page to show information such as the pricing date at first sight to help users focus on the most critical data. What more? We also added a few sophisticated tool-support features to enhance project delivery for our implementation team.
